The Smart System family of simple linear actuators includes toothed-belt linear actuators with a self-supporting anodized aluminum frame. These are linear actuators with a very convenient quality-price ratio, characterized by high performance combined with a careful constructive simplification:

the pair of ends offers the industrial designer ample freedom in sizing the application and mounting the gearbox. In fact, it is possible to mount the gearbox or parallelism shaft in four positions using a standard mounting kit.

What are the features of Smart System linear actuators?

The SMART SYSTEM series consists of 3 distinct products with different features: E-SMART, R-SMART, S-SMART.

SMART SYSTEM – E-SMART
The E-SMART series linear units have an extruded and anodized aluminum self-sustaining structure with a profile available in four sizes from 30 to 100mm.

SMART SYSTEM – R-SMART
The R-SMART series linear units are particularly suitable for heavy loads, pulling and pushing very heavy weights, demanding work cycles, possible cantilever or gantry mounting, and operation in industrial automated lines.

SMART SYSTEM – S-SMART
The S-SMART series linear units were designed to meet the vertical motion requirements in gantry application or for applications where the aluminum profile must be moving and the carriage must be fixed.
The self-sustaining extruded and anodized aluminum structure, available in three sizes with 50 to 80mm sections is a rigid system, is ideal to make a “Z” axis by using a linear guide rail.
