MiniRoller Rail is a steel linear guide with a compact design. It has radial roller bearings that glides on an induction hardened and honed raceways. MiniRoller Rail manages parallelism deviation up to 0.03 mm

Technical features

  • Compact size: 13mm high and 35mm wide
  • Guide section 11.3 mm
  • Available rail engths up to 1950 mm, other lengths on request
  • Varius surface treatments available upon request
  • Rollers are lubricated for life
  • The preload of the sliders can be adjusted before mounting inside the linear guides
  • The stainless steel rolling pins are protected from the ingress of water and impurities by plastic shields
  • They resist high temperatures up to 120°C
