Linear rail with bearings with C profile, available in galvanized steel, stainless steel or hardened with Rollon NOX treatment.

X-Rails are durable and practical bearing rails:

they offer the industrial designer good value for money and high corrosion resistance. The linear rails with shaped raceways and the linear rails with flat raceways are available in stainless or galvanized steel, or nitrided metal sheeting.

What are the features of X-Rail? - Rollon

What are the features of X-Rail?

The X-Rail is a family of linear guides with radial ball bearing sliders for applications requiring cost efficiency and high resistance to corrosion.

The linear guides with shaped raceways and the linear guides with flat raceways are available in stainless steel or galvanised or nitrided metal sheeting. With the T + U configuration, the X-Rail system can compensate for any axial misalignment in parallelism of the mounting surfaces.

The stainless steel X-Rail linear guide version is corrosion resistant, and ensures reliable operation even in very dirty or hot environments. This solution is ideal and affordable when stainless steel linear rails are required.

Technical features

  • Linear rails available in five widths: 20, 26, 30, 40 and 45 mm
  • Standard lengths up to 4,000 mm, other lengths on request
  • Rolling elements lubricated for life Combinations of T-series and U-series linear rails allow the realization of self-aligning carriages, which can therefore also be mounted on uneven surfaces
  • The preload of the sliders can be adjusted before mounting on the linear rails
  • Stainless steel rollers are protected from water and dirt by plastic shields
  • Resistant to high temperatures up to 120°C (170°C for the nitrided version)
