Standard Robot Transfer Units

  • Rack and pinion driven systems for long life (100,000 km), high rigidity, and unlimited travel lengths. 

  • Multiple sizes to accomodate virtually any robot - from small robots with payloads of a few kg, up to the largest, most powerful robots carrying multi-ton payloads. 

  • Available with multiple carriages for moving several robots with synchronized or independent motions.

Fully Covered Robot Transfer Units

  • Designed for harsh environments without sacrificing performance or configuration options. 

  • Fully covered base protects against fine dust (glass, ceramic) and large particles (wood chips, weld slag).

Elevated Robot Transfer Units

  • Customizable Leg Heights to position the robot above the workspace or in-line with an elevated area. 

  • Steel base and reinforced legs provide high rigidity and accurate positioning along the entire length.   

  • Legs with integrated leveling features keep assembly and installation simple. 

  • Wide footprint accommodates high moment loads when robot arm is extended, and payload is cantilevered.

 

Portal Gantries

  • Two-axis Cartesian system for extended horizontal and vertical reach with heavy payloads. 

  • Mount multiple vertical axes - with synchronized or independent motions - on a single horizontal beam.  

  • Customizable dimensions in both length and height to keep foot print to a minimum. 

  • Legs with integrated leveling features keep assembly and installation simple.

Area Gantries

  • Three-axis Cartesian systems for long reach in the horizontal (X and Y) and vertical (Z) directions. 

  • Dual X-axis design provides high rigidity and low deflection. 

  • Available with multiple Y axes - ideal for working on two sides of a part or area - and each Y axis can carry multiple Z axes.
